Team Casuals

THE VISION Team Casuals is a collection of gaming friends that hang out and occasionally produce hilarious medium to low-quality content.

CORE VALUES • Selflessness – We all have different goals. Whether we just want to hang out and have some fun or want to build a career online, Casuals work for each other to benefit us all.

• Mutual Respect – Everyone has a different background and a different path to take. We are all in the same space and trying to move towards success. Respect for all is critical to a harmonious community and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Honesty - Be real, be honest and don’t be toxic. If you don’t want to be here or rep the brand, that's not a problem. You’re welcome to leave and return at any time. However, toxicity or an attitude that has a negative effect on the atmosphere within the community or in content is not something that we will tolerate. If you need to, take a break, if you ever find yourself struggling, speak up. We’re here to help.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES • GOAL 1 (Short Term): Go live by the end of Feb 22. Begin recruiting a community and begin producing some fun content.

• GOAL 2 (Medium Term): By the end of Summer 2022, have held our first IRL event and recruited a core of content creators to be producing streams and VODs regularly. Merchandise shop live and team kit for Gen.1 of Team Casuals produced.

• GOAL 3 (Long Term): By the end of 2022, have entered a team representing Team Casuals at a gaming event alongside a critical mass of creative staff and content creators that allow for sustainable operation.
