Grimbright

Millions of years ago, a war erupted in the Heavens. Lovecraftian horrors beyond imagination warred for domination over the very Galaxy itself, but as that war came to a close, one of the weapons turned on its masters. The Rakatans, a powerful Force wielding race that had been bred for war wielded a dark weapon for the singular purpose of freeing themselves from their creators. In doing so, they split the Galaxy in two.

On one side, a world ruled by the Eldar, on the other, a world ruled by the Rakatan. Millions of years passed, and these worlds grew in different yet equal ways. For the Eldar, their decadence led to the greatest fall in history, for the Rakatans, their evil eventually planted the seeds for a new hope to rise.

Now, these two Galaxies collide, the rift that had once been used to divide them has closed for reasons unknown to the wider Galaxy, thrusting The Imperium of Man and The Galactic Republic on a collision course that will forever alter the Galaxy itself...

Do you like Star Wars? Do you like Warhammer 40k? Do you just like Sci Fi in general? Well this is the roleplay server for you. Grimbright is a server dedicated to answering the question "Can 40k's setting be saved?" Probably not, but that's what the "Grim" in Grimbright stands for, the world is Grim but there's light in the darkness, and I'm putting it in the hands of you, the Players of our great game, to decide if that light grows or if it's snuffed out under a tide of horror.
