> **A:** Thank you for pointing it out to us!  Usually, it may just be a small networking problem or a problem with one of our many APIs or even Discord itself.  You can join our support server and reach out to us with a screenshot of the error message and we'll tell you what happened.  A common error that we're finding is that your bot is not cached, so make sure your bot shares a server with Bot Bumper!

> **Q: What are some simple error codes upon bumping that I can look for before reaching out to you if it's a known issue?**
> 
> **A:** Here are some simple errors codes that you may be able to debug yourself.  If you are still unsure about something, please reach out to us.  We will be happy to clarify any questions or concerns.
> 
> - `401 - Unauthorized` - This means we did not authorize ourselves correctly.  You can either wait 5 minutes and try again or reach out to us (highly recommended).
>  - `403 - Forbidden` - This means there is an issue with one of our connection methods (that we're blocked from some endpoint).  If this is the case, you can either wait 5 minutes and try again or reach out to us (highly recommended).
> - `404 - Unknown` or `404 - Not Found` - This means your bot or you are not cached in our systems.  If you are not cached, run a couple commands on the bot (like help, or something else) and if it's the bot, be sure your bot shares a server with Bot Bumper.
> - `502 - Bad Gateway` - This means there's an issue with one of our APIs or Discord itself (with one of the bot endpoints).  Please either try again in 5 minutes or reach out to us if the issue persists.
> - `503` - This means that there's an issue with one of the APIs as the API server is not ready to receive requests.  Like the `502` error, you can wait 5 minutes and try again.  If the issue persists, you can reach out to us.

> **Q: I'm banned from the Flightex Development server!  What do I do!**
> 
> **A:** You can DM either a Moderator or an Owner and find out what happened and how to appeal.  You should have received a ban reason from the bot (if it wasn't severe).  You may still inquire about your ban reason by DM'ing one of us.  Please note that spam DMs will result in you being blocked, so please be considerate.

Helium is a discord bot that is also a fork of aerex. The owner of aerex has lended me code to get the bot functioning. Credit to Airbus A330-200#0001 for the code.

Hydrogen

Simon has been a discord bot in development ≈ 1 year ago. It was first created just for friends, but I decided to publicize it recently so yeah. The bot comes with a full moderation system which can be used to kick, ban/unban, add/remove roles, and clear messages. It also comes with full entertainment commands to use when you're bored or smth. It has tool commands for your convinience and also a currency system (around 30% completed). The bot also has a full complete chess system which you can use to play against users and bots. I think Simon is the only bot on discord to support playing against bots and it's rly fun so pls check it out. It also comes with a chess puzzles system to test your knowledge to a new level. I worked really hard on this bot so it would be cool if you would add it to your server.
