Attaches Reaction Roles To A Message!*
How To Use This:
*- Create a Message You Want People To React To, To Get The Role.
- Copy The Message ID
- Run /reaction_role <message ID> <Role> <emoji>

12. The Uptime Command is Now A Lot More Readable.
