A bot with simplified Fast-Moderation commands. It is very useful for event servers.
/nuke - If the user has authorization, the channel will be deleted and re-created with the same authorization and name. All messages will be deleted.
/clear - If the user has authorization, the number of messages written will be deleted.
/help - Lists commands.
