Adds commands to create links for the Modded Minecraft Knowledge Book website, along with an issue report command.
This was made because I got frustrated. Over the past few years I've been helping new Modded Minecraft players with issues and suggestions, and I got tired of repeating myself a lot. So I made Modded Minecraft Knowledge Book (MMKB), which is a compilation of tips, solutions, and general knowledge. Then I made this bot which can provide links and snippets for the site pages.
