AnubisBot Is Alive Again!!!

I've finally got a working port of the bot in C#. It's still a very early beta, so shit is very likely to be broken. If it is please tell me so I can fix it!

Currently, the bot is back to the state it was before the PHP version was abandoned. Now that we're done with that, I can begin to finally add new features :D
