botty

This bot posts detailed information about every mario maker level posted within the chat. It will retrieve the information from the bookmark site and post it. There is no need for commands or prefixes, it will check every message and simply detect if there is a level code in there. It is a work in progress, I hope to somehow add warp.world support in the future, but I'm not there yet...
