This bot watches channels it's in for someone to send a message with the word "rights."

It then looks at the word (for example, gay) before that and sends a message as soon as it can saying "[that word] rights!" (for example, "gay rights!")

Additionally, users can begin their messages with the character "" to make the bot look at the entire message before the word rights. (for example, "\Dolphins should have rights" -> "Dolphins should have rights!")

Alternatively, a user can enclose part of their message including the word "rights" in quotation marks to make the bot look at everything after the first quotation mark. (for example, "[...] he was like "take three rights and you're there" [...]" -> "take three rights!")
