Display name color customization for users
Hex allows users to customize their display name color using "/hex" Users can also provide their own color "/hex color:value" Supported values: HEX, RGB, HSV, HSL, CSS
Hex is intended for small servers or as a perk for groups of people in large servers Discord has a limit of 250 roles, and Hex uses one per user
