Salty XP Bot

On adding Salty XP Bot to your server, it will automatically start logging members xp with no setup required. The first time a member sends a message while the bot is in the server, it will add that member along with their xp to a list. This means that it is hard to crash the bot if you added it to a large server and it tried adding everyone to the list. Currently there are no commands but some will be added soon. When a member levels up it will send a message saying had leveled up! You are now level .
