Dwayne "The Rock" Botson

A Discord bot made around the concept of "Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson". Its prefix is ~ (tilde). It has so far 6 commands, ~dwayne which sends a picture of The Rock, ~boom which sends a mp3 of the Vine boom SFX,~quote which sends a Dwayne the Rock Botson quote, ~add_dwayne which add a picture of dwayne johnson to your pictures, ~add_dwayne_faces which adds a picture of dwaynes face over other faces in the image, ~dwayne_fact which sends a fact about Dwayne Johnson, and ~rps which is a simple ROCK paper scissors game with Dwayne Johnson. It also sends the gif of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson eyebrow when you say certian keywords, which a list of is given(you can opt out of it as a server)
