Portal is made in javascript by a single developer, and is used for annoucing and Moderation, it has many more fun commands, our prefix is +, this bot took 3 weeks to create and hasPermissions, so members can not ping everyone, this bot will have a stable status and will be online though out the hole day. This bot is used for announcing in embeds, and plain text, it also has extra commands. ex: +8ball , +rate , this bot is V1.6!
