Custom Slowmode

Have you ever hoped that you can set the value of the slowmode to a number that is not default? It can be really annoying sometime to be forced to set the slowmode to some number that is skipped kind of randomly, so, this bot can let you set it to any second you want to, so you don't need to be limited!
