A coding helper bot. Shows examples and links to stackoverflow for a requested language and the topic. -cs java hashmap will send examples on how to use hashmap in java. Works best if the first word is the name of the language. -cs :help will return help message.

Uses https://cheat.sh and returns the response in chat. Also parses the stackoverflow link if it exists.
