This is a bot that allows for a completely customizable ticket system, giving members access to a straightforward way of getting support.

• To view all available commands, use the %help command
• To setup the bot, use the %setup command, which will bring up a menu of setup options (Admin only command)
• To create a ticket, use the %ticket [reason] command. [reason] is optional.
• To close a ticket, use the %close. This command can only be used inside a ticket.
