The Owl bot is a bot used for viewing messages which gets deleted from the server and many more cool features such as role creation deletion etc. The bot requires a channel in which it can post the deleted message. It also helps us to know those persons who got banned from the server. It only requires manage channel perm to spy the discord server.and the user should have manage channel permission or manage server
