Daddy's Little Bot

This bot has all of the basic functionality and is also a music bot. Includes a timeout command.
This bot has the normal change prefix, 8ball, Music, kick, and ban commands. I created this when I couldn't find a bot that could sufficiently time someone out in the server. So I made that, and decided to expand on it. You will have to do the commands .create_voice (or .cv) and .create_role (or .cr) for everything to work properly. There is also a time command with supported time zones listed, and a bug command with a form link so if something happens, you can let me know.
