How do I use the bot? » The bot works with slashcommands, a slashcommand starts with /ticket, When you type this you will get all the options of the bot such as: ticket setup-panel - Send the dashboard to open ticket to a channel. ticket setup-channels - Configure log and transcript channels. ticket create-category - Create a ticket category. ticket delete-category - Deletes a ticket category. ticket list-category - Look at the list of created ticket categories. ticket stop - Disable the ticket system on your server.
