The turn of the century had plunged Amestris into a grueling civil war, a war that was fought with more than just weapons, it was a war fought with ideals. And it was the absolutist ideals of the western block that prevailed, toppling the formerly weak federal government, and instillation the new State. Under the rule of Furher King Wilhem II, Amestris has been pleased with over a decade of peace. Though the scars of the old world, are sometimes still visible...
