Chaoscord is something of a social experiment, I want to see what will happen if I alternate an admin role through the populous of a discord server, allowing a single person full control for a period of time. You can let the server decend into chaos, or you can build an empire upon it, or you could always just stop on by and see what's happening, up to you.
