Discord Center for Investigations (D.C.I)

The D.C.I was founded to be a general database of all confirmed cases of Discord users who have violated rules or TOS. The intended purpose it to allow server management teams with the information they need to look out for potential problems with their communities, and may set up autoban features for bad enough violators. Legitimate crimes should be reported directly to the police, you may let the D.C.I Know the information regardless to log their account for further use to prevent problems.
