This server is full of self-help skills for regulating emotions, interpersonal effectiveness, tolerance in distress and crisis, being mindful, accepting (but not agreeing with!) reality, thinking dialectically, self-care, stopping substance abuse and suicidal/harmful tendencies, urges, and ideations, and how to problem solve effectively. There are spaces for venting, advising, problem solving with group, playing with bots, generally chatting, and voice channels (general chatting, music, streaming, etc.) Let us support you through your journey of self-acceptance and prevention.
