What we do: -We (or a group of specific roles or 1 person) create(s) something, posts it and puts on sale. The earnings gets distributed depending on the % of work everyone gave in.

-We (or a group of specific roles or 1 person) create(s) something someone orders. They get paid directly by the customer if made alone, or if in team it gets discussed and dealed. Kinda like a development.
