Demnor. Once a bustling crime ridden metropolis brimming with opportunities, illustrious vice, corporate Charlatans, and ostentatious wealth. Now lies a decrepit ruin of its former prestigious glory following a cataclysmic event, this catastrophe led to a foreign entity known as “The State” claiming the territory under it’s rule and erecting a new government. The State now oversees the reconstruction of Demnor & it’s affairs.
