Q: What permissions are required for a user to be considered a moderator?

bot fonctionnel... seulement, le fait de "bloquer" les messages privés entre les membres du serveur peut être simplement actionné depuis la rubrique "actions de cybersécurité" dans les paramètres du serveur. Donc à voir si il est vraiment utile...

Finally! was looking for years a way to disable DMs server-side to protect crypto-users. Just invite the bot and the magic is done, no more harm for the community!
