ElliNet13 Bot

This bot offers some simple commands and features. You can run ~help for the full list of commands. You can run ~request (or /request) to request a feature, an event for just your server, or even a command specifically for your server, and I will try to implement it if I get to your request. You can also get cat and dog pictures using ~cat (or /cat) and ~dog (or /dog) commands. I'm trying to put a bunch of stuff into this bot.
