Achievement System Improvements
Fixed an issue where users weren't receiving XP when unlocking achievements. Toke Counter will now properly: - Award XP when unlocking any achievement - Add the XP to your total level progress - Show the correct XP amount in your profile - Update your level if you have enough XP Added new achievements for the /sesh command: - 🌟 Sesh Starter: Start 5 group sesh sessions (200 XP) - 🎉 Sesh Enthusiast: Start 20 group sesh sessions (1000 XP) - ⭐ Sesh Master: Start 50 group sesh sessions (2000 XP) - 👑 Sesh Legend: Start 100 group sesh sessions (5000 XP)

/sesh Command Improvements
Fixed an issue where Toke Counter would show error messages when a sesh message was deleted before completion. Toke Counter will now gracefully handle cases where: - A moderator deletes the sesh message - A user deletes the sesh message - The message is deleted during the countdown - The channel is deleted while a sesh is active - The server is deleted while a sesh is active
