tick.et x TicketBot

With tick.et you can open up easily a ticket. You can setup the bot quickly with !setup. If you want to configure it more specific do the following things: First you must set the Role which has permission to see tickets. You can do this with !setrole <@Role>. After this you need to configure the Category tickets will be sent. You can do this with !setparent . Now you just need to do !here in the channel, where you want users to open up tickets. You can change the prefix with !setprefix You can also save a transcript of a ticket, when you closed the ticket. Have much fun with tick.et!
