Even large servers can join in the celebration using Birthday Bot's custom Trusted Role system which only celebrates the birthdays of those with the required role!

Forced votes to even view birthdays, asks for premium constantly, and frankly just is overall miserable to use without an overpriced premium plan for a bot that isn't even online consistently. If you find another bot that actually works without votewalling everything, *please* send me it, because I am tired of this bot.
