AutoTextChannel

How to use this bot:

Create a category > Create the channel where to bot later sends his message to react > Type ";setup

Now every user who reacts to the bots message get's a own channel (In the same category where you typed setup!!) with full permissions granted for him. By default other people (The role everyone) only can read the messages in the channel. But the owner of the channel can change which type of roles can access his channel (But can't lockout admin's!).

There also is an cooldown of 60 minutes (in a future update this time get's editable) after a user created a channel. In this cooldown the user can't create another channel on this server.
