Auto voice channels
Auto create temporal voice and text channel. Keep guild clean.
Command voicechannel with subcommands:

setup- Set the current voice channel as Dog Channel Creator -
unset- Unset a creator -
name- Rename voice channel -
claim- Claim non-host room -
bitrate- Change bitrate of voice channel -
limit- Limit users in voice channel -
info- Check room setting
