Discord's April Fools someone... but more powerful!
Mention the bot and get your message echoed, just with someone randomly pinged!
Worried about users abusing this to ping everyone? No worries, the bot checks that the user has permissions to mention a role before selecting someone from that role.
Want to ping only users with a specific role? Ping that role right after the bot ping, without a space in between.
Want to only ping online users? Run sosettings online_only 1.
Don't want the bot to take over your message? Start your message with noping or nosomeone!
Don't have perms to ping any role? The bot'll ignore you completely!
