Support Bot

I've been using Support Bot even before it became Support Bot and became publically available. This bot is by far one of the most advanced and efficient bots in its category and it has never ceased to amaze me to this day with the amount of customization and freedom you can have with it's tag system. Considering I have used many support bots which try to accomendate the support factor at a Discord server this one tops them off by far. Its easy to use and setup while at the same time having advanced features that other similar bots lack. Would seriously recommend it to anyone looking for a professional support bot to assist his community/server.

Honestly it’s a really good bot, the amount of customization make it perfect for providing support to communities of all sizes, while remaining simple enough for beginners to use.

Very good bot. I've encountered little to none bugs with it. It has all the games a server could want.

Amazing bot! Amazing enterprise grade features! You can set it up so that you can have certain tickets pertaining to certain subjects only be visible to a certain person, group or department via roles! Quick example... If you have a "report a staff member" you can have it be only visible to your top admins for investigation on the issue without stirring up un-needed drama!

I am using the bot in one of my server and it is great. It has most of the features I need. a must have bot honestly.

A great bot for server support, simple and straightforward to use. Ticket options are well organized and easily accessible for both the community and staff members!

I've used a lot of bots for mod mail type features on Discord, and none of them have felt as comfortable and complete as Support Bot. Its snippets make it easy for staff to respond to common requests, and having other features like autoresponders and welcome messages does a great job of making your server feel cohesive. The devs/support team for the bot are also some of the best I've worked with. ...

The ticket commands are really helpful when moderating a bit discord server. there has rarely been any bugs and if there was it was fixed right away. Overall good support bot!
