What the fuck is this? This is a Starbound roleplay server.

Starbound is an old sci-fi sandbox indie game, similar to Terraria, that's mostly thriving off of modding and roleplay. Recently, it's come to my attention that the roleplaying community is highly split. There's one main server that thrives off of being casual and slice of life based, and every few months or so there's this new server that appeals to 'hardcore' roleplayers who like gritty soldier shit and CRP. This loop has repeated for years.

Do I need to own Starbound to roleplay here? No, as Starbound itself is a very unstable, iffy game. It's design is great, and the lore and races are creative. The setting is one of a kind, a wormhole I can't even escape. You just need to understand some basic things, maybe google the lore if you can.

Brightfoot is a roleplaying server set in a wild west-like world, with lore that separates itself from other servers, that focus on sitting in bars or fighting constantly, and would like to welcome you, the player, to it.
