The President and Vice President lead the clan and run everything. To become President, you must be selected by the Founder to be selected as an election candidate  and then win the election by public vote. To become Vice President, you have to be selected by the President and approved by the Founder to be selected as an election candidate and then win the election by public vote.

OW Command is the council that makes decisions for the clan alongside the Leaders of HM and run the clan when the President or Vice President aren't able to. To become a OW Command member, you must have been in HM for 5 months, reached max rank, and be highly trusted by the Leaders and then get selected by them.  Also if you lead a Branch or Division, you will have to give up the position if chosen by the Leaders.
