Hi Bree, I think there have been some misconceptions, Banwatch does not automatically ban users and simply inform the owners (who can then make an informed decision). While we do provide some pre-made bans; these are always chosen by a human (using the /ban command!) What may have happened to cause confusion is that Banwatch informed you about your ban, because regardless if banwatch bans you or...
Very good bot, does help moderating the community quite a bit. Great customer service if any issue arises, fair pricing. Would recommend again.
