Apex Legends discord bot for uploading and saving lootmaps. Intended for competitive teams to store their maps.

LootMaps

LootMaps is a Discord bot designed to help competitive Apex Legends teams manage drop knowledge and coordination across all competitive maps. Teams can upload lootmap images (or use our defaults) per POI, track coverage, build drop rotation queues, sync drop spots from lobby links, and manage team compositions all through slash commands.

Full Video Tutorial

Core Features

  • Lootmap Image Management — Upload and view POI lootmaps with automatic compression
  • Coverage Tracking — Quickly see missing POIs or incomplete maps
  • Full Rotation Queue — Plan and manage drops for a comp lobby with an interactive navigator
  • EEC & Overstat Lobby Link Sync — Import drop spots and legend bans directly from any game organized on these providers
  • Roster & Composition Editor — Track players, legends, and landing colors per map
  • Statistics — Track uploads, syncs, lobby wins, top POIs, and most-banned legends
  • Permission System — Control access per user with user and admin roles
  • Cross-Server Viewing — View lootmaps from linked servers or global providers without leaving your server
  • Per-POI Source Preferences — Save which server's image to use for each POI individually
  • Global Providers — Curated servers whose lootmaps are available to everyone automatically, with no linking required

Getting Started

  1. Invite the bot to your server using the Invite button on this page
  2. Upload your first lootmap using /lm upload, selecting a POI and attaching an image
  3. Already have a server providing lootmaps? Use /lm server link with the target server's ID — requires mutual admin access or the target to be set public
  4. Check per-map coverage using /lm list or overall coverage with /lm coverage
  5. Use /lm help at any time for an interactive in-Discord command reference

Once set up, your team can coordinate drop planning, POI ownership, and rotations entirely inside Discord.

Command Reference

Lootmap Management

/lm view — Display a lootmap image for a POI. Use the optional server parameter to view from a linked server or global provider. The response includes a source dropdown — press Save to persist a per-POI preference.

/lm upload — Upload or replace a lootmap image for a POI (admin only). Accepts images up to 1.5 MB with automatic compression.

/lm remove — Delete a lootmap image for a POI (admin only).

/lm list — Show uploaded and missing POIs for a specific map.

/lm coverage — View overall coverage across all maps with per-map breakdowns.

/lm help — Open an interactive in-Discord help panel with categorized command examples.

Rotation Queue

/lm rotation add — Add up to 4 POIs to the drop queue at once. Supports an optional insertion position.

/lm rotation move — Reorder a queue entry by specifying source and destination positions.

/lm rotation remove — Remove one or more entries from the queue by position (space or comma-separated).

/lm rotation wipe — Clear the entire rotation queue (confirmation required).

/lm rotation list — Show the full rotation queue with game numbers, active POI indicator, and legend bans per game.

/lm rotation view — Open an interactive rotation navigator with Back / Next controls. Displays the current POI's lootmap, team comp, and legend bans. No timeout — stays live for full scrim sessions.

EEC & Overstat Lobby Link Sync

Import drop spots and legend bans directly from a lobby link. Set a default team name in /lm settings to avoid typing it each time.

/lm link — Sync drops and legend bans from an Overstat or EEC lobby link or bare EEC tag. For 12+ game lobbies, choose which set to import (Games 1–6 or 7–12). Consecutive duplicate POIs are skipped automatically.

Roster & Composition

/lm comp — Interactive editor for player names, legends, and landing colors per map. Apply changes to a single map or all maps at once.

Statistics

/lm stats — Server usage statistics with two categories: Scrims (uploads, syncs, views, rosters, lobby wins, top contributors) and General (top POIs per map, most common banned legends). Add scope:global for bot-wide stats.

Settings

/lm settings — Interactive settings panel (Manage Server or bot admin only). Toggle link-wipe confirmation, set a default team name for /lm link, and enable or disable the global provider image cascade.

Permissions

/lm permit — Grant up to 3 users access at once. Choose user (view/rotate) or admin (full access).

/lm revoke — Revoke access from up to 3 users at once.

/lm users — List all permitted users and admins. If none are set, all server members can use the bot.

Server Management

/lm servers — Interactive panel showing all available image sources: Local, Template, linked servers, and global providers (🌐). Set a default source or unlink servers. Global providers cannot be unlinked.

/lm server link — Link another server to access its lootmaps. Requires mutual admin access or the target to have public access enabled.

/lm server public — Toggle whether other servers can link to yours without requiring mutual admin access.

/lm server alias — View or set a short alias for your server, usable in place of a numeric server ID when linking.

Permission System

Server owners and members with Manage Server automatically have full admin access.

  • Users — View lootmaps, check coverage, manage rotations, and view the roster
  • Admins — Upload and remove images, manage settings, link servers, and grant permissions

Use /lm permit and /lm revoke to manage access. If no users are permitted, all server members can use the bot.

Cross-Server Viewing & Global Providers

The optional server parameter on /lm view lets you pull images from any server you have access to without leaving your own.

  • Linked servers — Servers you have manually linked via /lm server link
  • Admin servers — Any server where you have bot admin access
  • Global providers (🌐) — Curated servers available to everyone with no linking required

The image cascade in auto mode is: your server → global providers → default template. Override this per POI using the source dropdown on /lm view, or disable the provider cascade in /lm settings.
