Tldr; A SourceMod plugin and a Discord bot that work together to essentially manage and automate pugs in a TF2Center-style setup or an alternative in-game method. With many features such as announcements, match cards (live and history + logs), fully managed VCs and much more integration. This setup handles the heavy lifting of team sorting and server management so you can just focus on playing the game.
