Toxic Watch

This bot will scan messages in your server and run them against the toxicity machine learning model.
The bot will run against new messages sent and calculate a score, this score is then associated with a user or channel (there is a per-server score when you opt-in to leaderboards), we use a score so that we don't need to keep the messages to recall statistics, later on, there will be an option to give total score but for right now it is averaged over the number of messages a user has sent.
We also keep this bot as "lite" as possible in terms of permissions, as long as it can read and write, it's happy, none of this whacky administrator perm stuff when it doesn't need it.
To find a full list of commands, they are available by using tw.info in a channel the bot can read and write in.
