why does the prefix not work, im doing => help, but nothing is happening... I'll give it 4 stars because bot is probally good but prefix ain't working

A Multi-Purpose Discord bot that is mainly focused on music but also has other commands categories like fun, information, moderation, economy, utilities, there will be a lot of new stuff coming soon, dashboard will be coming in the future which will be optimized for the user experience, this bot is just a test bot that I made and I hope that it will be a fun experience for the users
