We are setting up a discord channel for a cryptocurrency news site for Greece https://cryptohondos.com/ and we would to use bibi bot I am aware that we can use the bot for disabling links posted by users but can we have a block to users according to their level of chatting ? Also can we permit, regardless of user level the posting of links from specific domains?
