The Universal Prefix is cm- But you can customize it for your server using cm-prefix <prefix>

To make your own commands,
Use command cm.make <command-type> <command-name-here> <content>

📝 Making a simple command
Example : cm-make text hi hi
This should make a command called 'hi'
now you can use cm-hi anytime and the bot will respond hi
