Introduce a Capatcha Bot

so basically this bot will be sending a capatcha image to new users in selected channel.

Read the Guide first to use me, you need do command c.config channel (channelTagToVerifyOnly), if you have not c.config channel the verify system didnt workings… also you need to c.config role (roleTagToVerifiedMember), if you didnt do that, someone type c.verify will get nothing.

andd alsoooo you need to do this one system, c.config autokick (enable/disable) if someone cant aswer the captcha in 60000 milisecond, he will automaticallt kicked (if the system active)
