ABOUT HOSHINOUMI The name HOSHINOUMI means "The Star Ocean Academy" it comes from the anime CHARLOTTE where the students with special ability is kept in to study and enhance their talent.

GOAL Our personal goal is to create a large community where people can communicate and have fun with each other through different category such as gaming,anime,art and more. We also plan to have a Manga or classic base storyline where we can create our own scenarios from scratch.
