Yu-Gi-Oh! Rebuild Format

Hello my friends, If you're reading this then my tags and title probably intrigue you so I'll fill you in as to what the story is I have decided to attempt and experiment and play Konami. I want to see what exactly needs to stay and what can be changed. So, like any sane person, I decided the best way to do that is create an online format as to build it from the ground up.
