Reginald is a crab that'll appear in your server every other Tuesday.
You might have seen or heard of Reginald from other people before, but now he can show up himself! If you don't know who he is, go here: https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/reginald He'll post his famous "This is Reginald" image in a channel of your choosing on alternating Tuesdays.
Reginald has 3 commands: /choose-channel: changes the channel that Reginald appears in (Admin only) /appear: forces Reginald to make an appearance in his channel (Admin only) /wheres-reginald: tells the user when Reginald will next post in his channel
By the way, if he's offline when you add him, don't worry, I just don't have him running. He'll let the owner know when he's online again so they can set the channel.
