How Vote Tracking Works

• Votes come from Top.gg
• Each server must opt-in
• Votes only count if the voter is a server member
• Each server tracks stats independently

This prevents vote leakage or abuse.

Privacy

This bot stores the following data strictly for functionality:

• Discord User IDs
• Discord Server IDs
• Vote timestamps
• Vote counts and streak data

No personal information is collected. No message content is stored. No data is sold, shared, or used outside of vote tracking and leaderboards.

Data is only used to provide server-scoped vote statistics.

Hosting

This bot runs 24/7 on a VPS and uses PM2 for stability. It does not sleep or miss votes.
