Create ticket panels with a button, dropdown reasons, or a modal form, limit open tickets per user, block users with a blacklist role, and give staff full tools to claim, unclaim, close, delete, and move tickets to claimed/closed categories. Every ticket can generate transcripts with a hosted link, automatically saved to log/transcript channels and sent to the ticket owner. Includes Auto Setup to build the full system instantly, and an admin control panel to customize everything.

includes an FAQ system: admins can enable an extra FAQs button on the ticket panel, add up to 24 FAQ questions, and users can select a question to instantly receive a quick answer embed.

And stats system for server ticket analytics: total created tickets, current open (live), total closed, total claimed, total messages in tickets, most active staff claimers, most active ticket creators, and average tickets per day/week/month.
