• /setcolor <color> - Set embed color (#HEX Only).
• /setanonymous <on/off> - Toggle anonymous mode for global stats.
• /settings - View and customize diary embed settings. (Only display what you want, for your server!)
• /toggle <field> - Toggle visibility of diary embed fields (liked, season, episode, rating, etc.).
• /changename <field> <new_name> - Rename diary embed field labels.

User Tracking (Admin):
• /adduser <username> - Start tracking a Serializd user.
• /removeuser <username> - Stop tracking a user.
• /listusers - View all tracked users in your server.
• /testuser <username> - Test if the API can fetch a user's diary.

Browsing & Stats:
• /profile <username or @user> - Browse any user's Serializd profile (interactive navigation).
• /stats - View server and global statistics with trending shows.

Community:
• /username <serializd_username> - Connect your Discord account to your Serializd profile.
• /sharelink [serializd] [letterboxd] - Submit your profile(s) to the community directory.

Username Management (Admin):
• /viewusernames - View all Discord-to-Serializd username connections.
• /setusername <@user> <username> - Force set a user's Serializd username.
• /clearusername <@user> - Remove a user's username connection.
• /banusername <@user> <ban/unban> - Ban or unban a user from using /username.
• /clearsharelink <@user> - Clear a user's sharelink so they can resubmit.

Permissions (Admin):
• /toggleroles - Enable or disable role restrictions.
• /addrole <@role> - Add a role to the allowed list.
• /removerole <@role> - Remove a role from the allowed list.
• /viewroles - View allowed roles and restriction status.

QUICK SETUP (Automaic Embed or Manual!)

1. Invite the bot to your discord server.
2. Run /setup and follow the step-by-step guide.
3. Diary entries will automatically come every 10 minutes.

Method 2: Manual Setup

1. Invite the bot to your discord server.
2. Set a channel: /setchannel #diary-channel.
3. Add users: /adduser yourserializedusername.
4. Diary entries will automatically come every 10 minutes.

Optional: Connect your account using /username yourserializedusername so others can use /profile @you!

PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION (Trying to be open about all the data we collect!)

What We Collect:

Server Configuration:
• Guild ID, name, and configured channel IDs.
• Custom embed color preference.
• Role IDs for permission management.
• Anonymous mode setting (for global stats).

User Tracking:
• Serializd usernames you choose to track.
• Discord user IDs linked to Serializd usernames (via /username).
• User-submitted profile sharelinks (optional).

Activity Data:
• Diary entry IDs already posted.
• Entry statistics for /stats features.

How We Use Your Data:
• Functionality: Track and post Serializd diary entries.
• Statistics: Generate viewing stats for your community.
• Performance: Cache show data to reduce API calls.
• No Selling or sharing: Data will never be sold or shared with any third parties!

Data Retention & Cleanup:
• Auto-Delete: All server data is deleted 48 hours after bot removal.
• Cache Cleanup: Old show status cache (7+ days unused) is cleaned daily.
• Entry Cleanup: Seen entries older than 14 days are auto-deleted.
• Stats Cleanup: Entry statistics older than 30 days are auto-deleted.
• Instant Removal: Request immediate deletion via the support server.

Your Rights:
• View Data: Use /listusers, /viewroles, /viewusernames, and /stats to see your data.
• Delete Users: Delete tracked users with /removeuser.
• Full Data Deletion: Remove the bot for automatic data cleanup after 48 hours.
• Request Data Removal: Contact support for immediate data removal.
• Full Private Policy: View the full and up to date private policy using /privacy.
